What to Expect in Counseling
At Wild and Well, sessions are designed to be a safe, faith-informed, and nonjudgmental space where you can exhale. We integrate professional therapeutic techniques with biblical truths, ensuring you feel held in both your humanity and your faith.
You might find yourself talking about the weight of daily stress, the complexities of relationships, or the quiet questions of your faith. We hold space for past hurts and current struggles, validating every part of your story with tenderness and professional care.
Over time, progress looks like greater clarity, deep-seated peace, and practical coping tools. Most importantly, it is the experience of feeling truly seen and well as you gain the confidence to flourish in your unique, God-given journey.
New Client FAQs
Do I have to be at a certain place in my faith?
No, we welcome women in all seasons of their faith journey. Whether you are searching, questioning, or deeply rooted, our practice is a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your heart and move toward restoration at your own pace.
How long are sessions and how often will we meet?
Standard individual sessions are typically 53 minutes long. Most clients find that meeting weekly or bi-weekly initially provides the best momentum for growth, but we will always collaborate to find a rhythm that honors your needs.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. In addition to our in-person care in Great Falls, we provide secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions for women living throughout the state of Montana, ensuring support is accessible from the comfort of your home.

Faith-Informed Healing
Integrating Faith & Mental Health
Honoring Your Story
A space where your unique spiritual journey and individual life story are met with deep respect and compassion.
Integrating Prayer & Scripture
If you desire, we can incorporate prayer and biblical wisdom into our sessions as a source of strength and guidance.
Safe Space for Doubt
A non-judgmental sanctuary where you are free to bring your hardest questions, uncertainties, and spiritual doubts.
We offer faith-informed counseling as an optional part of therapy for clients who wish to integrate their spiritual or religious beliefs into their care. This may include exploring values, meaning, or practices such as prayer or reflection—always at the client’s request and direction.
Our approach is respectful, nonjudgmental, and grounded in professional ethical standards, including those of the American Counseling Association and the American Psychological Association. Clients are never required to incorporate faith into therapy, and a fully secular approach is always available.
